Register for our free orientation session to learn about a new stress reduction workshop coming to Brampton, Ontario in September 2017! The Stress Reduction Community Program is an 8-week group program based on a type of meditation called mindfulness. During the Community Program you will learn how to take better care of yourself and explore ways to mobilize your own inner resources to promote well-being.
